Job Description:
- Prepare and submit VAT, income tax, and other statutory filings while ensuring tax compliance
- Maintain accounts, document bills and supporting documentation
- Perform general book-keeping, accounting and general administration work
- Update financial records via accounting software
- Deliver accurate and balanced trial balances
- Ensure accurate and timely processing of accounting records
- Track and monitor accounts receivable/ accounts payable
- Issue and prepare invoices
- Perform reconciliations
PAYROLL SPECIALIST
Job Description
- Process monthly payroll & payments and preparation of compulsory reports for authorities
- Preparation of data for company’s management (reporting, recapitulations etc.)
- Prepare specific reports at regular intervals according to client requests
- Representing the client before relevant institutions.
- Perform advisory services to client for labour and payroll issues
- Monitoring the changes in legislative concerning the payroll
TRANSFER PRICING
Job Description:
- Develop knowledge of current transfer pricing legislation
- Assistance in the preparation of Transfer Pricing Reports according to the requirements of Greek and international legislation
- Collect and analyze data for Transfer Pricing purposes
- Participate in clients' engagements
- Develop and maintain productive working relationships with client personnel
EXECUTIVE ADMINISTRATOR
Job description:
- Scheduling and preparation of meetings, distributing agendas, keeping minutes
- Compiling of business and corporate emails, letters and other types of correspondence
- Contacting governmental, municipal and other authorities for general inquiries when needed
- Drafting of templates, forms, documents, manuals and other internal documentation
- Updating Company’s intranet with news, documents and announcements
- Assistance with organizing events (conferences, seminars, trainings and others)
- Business trips preparation (travelling, accommodation and other arrangements)
- Assistance with the updating of marketing and trip budgets and spreadsheets
- Stationery (ordering and distribution)
- Entries in the Company’s database (CRM)
- Filing, archiving and keeping filing system in order
- Internet and database search and reporting
- Close collaboration with IT department
- Handling confidential information on Behalf of Management
- Support and guide administrators of other offices of the Company
- Support other departments where necessary
- Any other work-related duty, responsibility and authority assigned by BoD
